AUTO COATING, an indispensable device for Laboratory coating process. For conventional coating process, the inconsistent speed always causes serious problem regarding uneven coating quality.
Our company successfully researched and developed the AUTO COATING device, which is designed to fulfill in every coating necessity, the best reproducibility.
Specimen is coated by spreading the coating paste regularly onto the carrying material. Then by simply pressing the button, the coating knife will be guided automatically over the carrying material.

Our LABORATORY AUTO-COATING device can be used in combination with our laboratory MINI OVEN.
The material carrier for fabric is designed to suit both machines, Therefore, the coated material can be chemically treated without any re-pinning.
Laboratory ROLL MILL is a compact model with lowest noise level, highest safety, specially designed electric heater with controlled heat radiation and accurately positioned temperature sensor give precise and evenly distributed surface temperature.
ROLL MILL is capable to carry out the following tests for rubber and plastic:

- NEW AUSTOCK is provided with two water tanks, water is refilled automatically and temperature controller is attached to the water tank, thus almost all kinds of dyestuff stock solution are applicable.
- The date of stock solution is registered, and gives a warning of the expired solution.
The Multi-Light color-viewing booth is an affordable and efficient instrument for color evaluation and color quality control, the multiple illuminants are switchable to simulate various lighting condition for detecting metamerism. This instrument complies with the major international standard ISO, CIE, and ASTM etc. It is applicable for the industries of textiles, dyes, printing, paints, plastics, inks etc.
